Designing consumer experiences across the full product lifecycle
ETNA is a leading Dutch brand that produces and sells kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves, and hoods.
Subspot partnered with team ETNA to develop a full lifecycle approach towards the consumer journey. We conducted extensive quantitative and qualitative consumer research, which informed the development and implementation of a product registration approach. Consumers are now incentivized to register their appliance by a 5 year extended warranty benefit. Based on simple QR codes and simple signup forms, users enter into the MyEtna program.
As a result, every ETNA buyer can now enjoy extra benefits - such as improved customer support - throughout the entire lifetime of their appliance.
