Today Sonos Flex offers customer a flexible and worry-free subscription to the latest in audio products from Sonos. After launch Subspot led program management for the internal team, pivoting focus towards product-market fit and scaling the technology stack.

Subspot is working on the design of this product as a service concept. We've built the customer personas, designed the operational and IT models culminating in a custom 'service blueprint'.
